Mediation

Mediation can be a low-conflict low-cost way of resolving family law issues. It works best for less complex legal problems where both parties are committed to resolving the issues without resorting to lengthy negotiating or litigation. One thing to keep in mind is that, while lawyers can act as mediators, the lawyer cannot then provide independent legal advice to either party.  At LeBlanc Family Law we can assist you with mediating your matter and then refer you to other lawyers to provide independent legal advice. Alternatively, if you resolve your matter through mediation with another mediator, we can provide the independent legal advice.
