Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative Divorce, also referred to as the Collaborative Family Law (CFL) process, is a structured out-of-court process that assists separating or divorcing couples to reach an agreement specifically tailored to their own unique goals and circumstances. It is a misconception that the CFL process only works for couples who are already amicable. However, the parties do need to commit to transparency (providing full financial disclosure), respectful participation in the process, and a commitment to resolving the issues without resorting to litigation.

The CFL process can also be used to assist couples with our family law issues, such as:
-
Creating cohabitation and/or pre-nuptial agreement
-
Creating post-nuptial and/or marriage agreements
-
Resolving parenting issues arising from changing family dynamics o relocation
-
Resolving child and/or spousal support issues arising from changes in the financial circumstances of the parties or children
